Terms of use
These terms apply to using Mind Atlas and buying the Full Mind Report. In short: the tests are free, and the report is sold by our reseller Paddle.
This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses Mind Atlas. The self-assessments, your result, the atlas and the comparison are free and need no account. Buying the Full Mind Report is additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms (see below).
The Full Mind Report
The Full Mind Report is digital content: a detailed, personal interpretation of your result that you open in your browser.
It is a one-time purchase. You need no account, and no subscription is created.
Price and pilot phase
The Full Mind Report costs $12 as a one-time payment. Paddle's checkout shows you the binding final price, including any sales tax or VAT due in your country, before you buy.
A free pilot phase is currently running. While it lasts, the Full Mind Report is unlocked without a purchase; no purchase contract is formed and nothing is charged. After the pilot phase, the price above applies to new purchases.
Purchase through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your purchase contract is concluded with Paddle.com Market Limited, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, when you complete the checkout. Paddle's buyer terms apply to it. Paddle takes the payment and sends you the purchase confirmation.
We provide the content of the report and answer questions about it at hallo@headon.pro. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Access and availability
After payment, we send a personal link to your report to the email address you entered at checkout. If you lose the link, you can request it again with your order number. Please do not share the link.
We aim to keep Mind Atlas and the report available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, for example during maintenance or outages.
Self-assessment, not a diagnosis
Mind Atlas and the Full Mind Report are meant for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a medical or psychological diagnosis and do not replace professional advice or treatment. See the disclaimer for details.
Rights of use
Texts, graphics and the report are protected by copyright. You may read, save and print your report for private purposes and pass on your result card using the share feature. Commercial use or publication of the report texts requires our consent.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations whose fulfilment makes proper use possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely, and only for foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected. For claims under the purchase contract, Paddle is your contractual partner.
Governing law, dispute resolution, changes
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country remain unaffected. The purchase contract with Paddle is governed by the law set out in Paddle's buyer terms.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We may change these terms, for example when the offer changes. A purchase is governed by the version published here at the time of purchase.
