• The Full Mind Report is sold by Paddle as reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle processes and pays out refunds.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, Paddle's buyer terms let you withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Other periods may apply in other countries; Paddle's refund policy is decisive.

When the right of withdrawal expires

The Full Mind Report is digital content that you can open right after purchase. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires early once provision has begun after you have

• expressly agreed that provision starts before the withdrawal period ends,
• confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and
• received a confirmation of the contract (section 356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).

Paddle's buyer terms provide the same: the right of withdrawal no longer applies if you agreed to immediate provision at purchase and have already accessed or used the report within the 14 days.

Refund on request

Even without a right of withdrawal, Paddle may refund at its discretion if you submit the request within 14 days of your purchase. We look favourably on such requests, for example if the report did not display properly for you or you bought it twice by mistake. The decision and the payout are up to Paddle.

After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable under Paddle's refund policy unless the law provides otherwise. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

• Open the paddle.net link in Paddle's confirmation email, or go directly to paddle.net and look up your order with your email address.
• Request the refund there. You do not need to give a reason for a withdrawal.
• You can also write to us at hallo@headon.pro with your order number; we will pass your request on to Paddle.

After the refund

Paddle refunds to the original payment method, according to Paddle within 14 days of approval.

After a refund, the purchase is no longer valid and the report link no longer opens the report.

During the pilot phase

The Full Mind Report is currently unlocked free of charge in a pilot phase. As long as you have not paid anything, there is nothing to refund.
